Shipping & Delivery

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer then those estimated below, over the Black Friday and the Christmas period, due to order volume. The last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery (UK) is the 1st of December.

Processing Times 
Payments are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after hours will be processed the next working day, orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. 

Shipping Times
Standard shipping times vary depending on the item. Average shipping times are as follows:
UK: 7-14 days
USA: 12-14 days
Please note that these timeframes are an estimate, and at times of high order volume, lead times may be longer.

FREE UK and USA shipping on all orders

*Please keep in mind that transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed, however the majority of our parcels arrive on time. Thank you in advance for understanding that we are not responsible for delays by customs, or other circumstance that may delay your order, such as times of high volume.

Packing & Handling
Due to our warehouses being spread throughout Europe your order may arrive in separate parcels. So don't be alarmed if one of your items arrives and not another - it will be arriving very soon!

Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to shipping delays with carriers, including customs hold ups, weather, delivery locations being inaccessible, packages that were delivered to the incorrect address, or other unforeseen circumstances such as lost packages. While we do our best to ship your item in a timely manner, we do not have control over your delivery once it is in the hands of the carrier. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks from dispatch, please get in touch at info@cocoandbebe.co.uk and we will look into this for you. 

Unsuccessful deliveries will be returned to your local delivery office, and re-delivery will either be scheduled for the next working day, or held at the office for collection by the customer. If the item is not collected it will be returned to us and a refund will be processed (less delivery charges). We reserve the right to refuse redelivery or future orders you might place in the case of repeated delivery failure.  

If your order is late and no longer required please do not accept the delivery and request return to sender. If the delivery is accepted then we do not take responsibility for the costs of returning your item under these circumstances.

Taxes, Duties & Excise
Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination. Customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.
